Neutral Zone counselling has been created to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where my priority for you is to feel respected, supported, heard and understood.

A safe environment for anyone 18 years and over navigating difficult times, separation or divorce, life-changing events, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, ASD and Narcissistic abuse recovery.

Additionally, I provide leadership support by collaborating with high-achieving business executives and individuals building new ventures or careers. 

My promise is to listen and understand your experiences from your perspective without judgement.  At your pace, I will gently guide you with self-inquiry towards creating your best authentic life.

As a professionally trained Counsellor, Wellness coach and Level 1 Irest teacher, my therapy style is holistic, gentle and compassionate, combining evidence-based therapies to suit your needs.  As a member of the Australian Counselling Association, I am committed to completing ongoing self-development and meeting high industry standards. 

I value your time and commitment to receiving support.  To ensure availability and high quality of care, I limit client intake numbers giving my existing clients access to flexible appointment times and extended consultations.

Grief and Loss

Experiencing Grief and Loss is commonly associated with death; however, it is a natural response to any type of significant change or loss and can have major impacts on our ability to cope, adversely affecting our behaviour and ability to make decisions.
I will provide a compassionate, non-judgmental safe space to work through your emotions and explore appropriate coping techniques.

The pathway to healing from Grief and Loss begins when you feel heard and understood.

Emotional Support

While those around us may be doing their best to help, sometimes it can be better to speak to someone who is separate from your day-to-day life and able to view you and your situation with an open mind and no preconceptions.

PTSD

If you suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), you know how debilitating the symptoms can be. Many times, people with PTSD will suffer flashbacks, have intense nightmares and difficulty sleeping, and may feel angry, anxious, and constantly “on alert.” Living with PTSD is extremely difficult, but there are ways that you can manage your symptoms and, in time, recover.
